Broken Wheel Brewery

Business is hoppin’ at Broken Wheel Brewing in downtown Marksville. 

Among their beers are the colorfully named Pachafa Pale Ale (named for a local bogeyman-type creature that haunts the local forests), the Spring Bayou Blonde Ale, the AP-IPA and the Grand Chien Milk Stout. Seasonal beers keep the taps fresh, so be sure to stop by and try something new.

Also, stop by Fresh Catch Bistro for a bite and a pint, or pick up a 64-ounce glass bottle (otherwise known as a growler) and take a tour of Broken Wheel’s operations, housed in a former oyster shucking room behind the bar. Tours are held on an on-call basis.
